You can help collect signatures on the attached petition that the following advisory question of public policy be placed on the ballot and submitted to the voters of the City of Peoria in the State of Illinois on the November 6, 2012 ballot.

The petition is to place the following non-binding policy question on the ballot:

Should the United States Constitution be amended to clearly state that only individual persons, and not corporations, associations, or any other organizational entities, are entitled to the rights enumerated in the Constitution?
