Comcast is no longer reliably delivering email from OccupyPeoria.org to Comcast email accounts. It can be difficult to register, reset a password, or receive other email notifications if you use a Comcast email account. None of these delayed or lost emails were available in the spam folder and Comcast provided no indication that the emails were delayed or lost.
For 4 days, all email from OccupyPeoria.org to 3 different Comcast email accounts was delayed 9 to 12 hours. Another day Comcast quickly delivered one email and then lost several others. During this same time period, Comcast email from other sources was arriving within seconds and outbound email from OccupyPeoria.org to non-Comcast email accounts was also delivered within seconds.

Occupy Peoria – Saturday, December 3rd – 1:00pm
1pm Fulton Plaza General Assembly
Today’s general assembly is at 1pm at the Fulton Plaza downtown, followed by another previously-scheduled GA at 3pm at the library. Come one, come all. Rain or shine.
All week down at Fulton we’ve been throwing around some very good ideas about where to take this occupation. Lots of exciting things to discuss. If you are uncertain about occupying – today is the day to come down and hear what we are about.

We have been occupying Fulton Plaza, across from the Chase Bank building continuously since Monday, Nov 28th. Come join us or find some way to thank or support all who have braved the cold because they care about all of us.
Sorry for the late notice. There was an attempt to propose this action at last Saturday's General Assembly but due to insufficient attendance on the Holiday weekend, this action preceded our consensus. We are all together and we can reach consensus to support this occupation at next Saturday's General Assembly.
Passed by the General Assembly at Occupy Peoria
Occupy Peoria is a people’s movement. It is party-less, leaderless, by the people and for the people. It is not a business, a political party, an advertising campaign or a brand. It is not for sale.
We welcome all, who, in good faith, petition for a redress of grievances through non-violence. We provide a forum for peaceful assembly of individuals to engage in participatory as opposed to partisan debate and democracy. We welcome dissent.
Any statement or declaration not released through the Occupy Peoria General Assembly and made public online at www.occupypeoria.org should be considered independent of Occupy Peoria.
We wish to clarify that Occupy Peora is not and never has been affiliated with any established political party, candidate or organization. Our only affiliation is with the people.
The people who are working together to create this movement are its sole and mutual caretakers. If you have chosen to devote resources to building this movement, especially your time and labor, then it is yours.
Any organization is welcome to support us with the knowledge that doing so will mean questioning your own institutional frameworks of work and hierarchy and integrating our principles into your modes of action.
SPEAK WITH US, NOT FOR US.
Occupy Peoria values collective resources, dignity, integrity and autonomy above money. We have not made endorsements. All donations are accepted anonymously and are transparently allocated via consensus by the Occupy Peoria General Assembly.
We acknowledge the existence of professional activists who work to make our world a better place. If you are representing, or being compensated by an independent source while participating in our process, please disclose your affiliation at the outset. Those seeking to capitalize on this movement or undermine it by appropriating its message or symbols are not a part of Occupy Peoria.
We stand in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street and everyone aligned with the Occupy Wall Street Statement of Autonomy (http://www NULL.nycga NULL.net/resources/statement-of-autonomy/). We are Occupy Peoria.
Saturday, November 19th at 10am the Occupy Peoria General Assembly will meet outdoors at the intersection of War Memorial Drive and Sterling Avenue until Noon. After the General Assembly, a Rally will be held at that intersection until 3pm. At 3pm, another General Assembly will be held at that location.
The Rally is planned to be located next to the abandoned Gas Station at that intersection.
Thursday, November 17th at 3pm. Occupy Peoria will assemble on the sidewalk in front of the Federal Courthouse at Main and Monroe Streets in conjunction with the National Day of Action declared by Occupy Wall Street. Bring your signs of support and join us until sunset.
