Can you put my name on for set up, take down & 9-11a.m. on thurs. & Fri. ? We need 5-7 volunteers for set up & take down, and 1 or 2 each hour on the other days. Thanks for creating this sign up sheet. This volunteer opportunity may attract some people back to the group. -

I called the mayor’s office yesterday for an appointment & didn’t get a return call. I called again today & asked Alma the receptionist if I had missed her call. She asked what times were good & I told her any time before 2:30. Does that time frame sound ok for you?
